Waffle Castle is hiring enthusiastic Team Members / Waffle Makers to support daily store operations. The role includes food preparation, customer service, billing, order fulfillment, and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare waffles, mini pancakes, waffle sticks, shakes, and other menu items according to standard recipes and operating procedures.
- Maintain product quality, portion consistency, and presentation standards.
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment while following food safety and hygiene practices.
- Follow inventory rotation procedures and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and service areas.
- Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
- Process billing transactions using the POS system.
- Prepare and hand over online delivery orders accurately and on time.
- Assist with food preparation, packaging, and counter operations during busy periods.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow company uniform and grooming standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational and customer service goals.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a QSR, café, bakery, retail, hospitality, or customer service setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and customer service principles is an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
