Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Operations Head to lead the overall operations and P&L; of a secondary care multispeciality hospital. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and quality compliance while ensuring sustainable business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L; and deliver revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Drive business performance by improving OP, IP, surgeries, diagnostics, pharmacy, and allied healthcare services.
- Lead end-to-end hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Optimize costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory requirements, and hospital policies.




- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Review KPIs and implement strategies to improve hospital performance.

Preferred Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in hospital operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in managing hospital revenue, profitability, and overall operations.
- Robust leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Ability to drive business growth while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
