Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct client meetings and property presentations.
- Arrange and manage site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
