Facility Manager - Bangalore
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry Preference: College/Educational Institutions
Responsibilities:
- Manage campus facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor operations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day facility management and statutory compliance.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, infrastructure upkeep, and budget management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Administration or related field.
- Prior experience as a Facility Manager in a college or educational institution is mandatory.
- Solid vendor management and team handling skills.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
