Job Overview:
This role will provide technical leadership while collaborating with Business and Product teams on the vision-setting through to the implementation of the next level of our advisor digital platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of deep customization, scalability, and streamlined experience.

- Responsibilities:
- Build cross-functional rapport with other leaders in the Technology and Product organizations for help navigating through dependencies, risk mitigation and triage of issues to resolution.




- Have a deep, hands-on understanding of cloud architecture and design, with an emphasis on secure, distributed hybrid cloud platforms.
- Very strong understanding of large databases/data warehouses and data architecture- Strong Object-oriented Principles in a common OOP language framework such as C# /.Net.
- Act as a mentor and lead on a cross-functional team that includes business analysis, and engineering.
- Ensure all engineering designs and model architecture align with enterprise standards.
- Work across business, product and technical teams to deliver solutions that drive commercial impact.

- 15 years of qualified SDLC experience in a diverse set of technology disciplines
- 10 years in a technical management capacity in an enterprise with a high-performing technical team
