Job Description - Admin Cum Security Executive
Job Purpose
To manage day-to-day plant administration, security operations, employee transportation, housekeeping, labour coordination and general facility-related activities while ensuring discipline, safety and smooth functioning of the premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment across all shifts.
- Monitor employee, contractor, visitor, vehicle and material movement at the main gate.
- Maintain visitor registers, vehicle registers, gate passes, inward-outward records and security incident reports.
- Conduct regular security rounds and ensure compliance with company safety and security procedures.
- Investigate security incidents, theft, misconduct, unauthorized entry and policy violations.
- Coordinate employee buses, company vehicles, drivers, fuel records, vehicle servicing and route planning.
- Manage housekeeping, canteen, drinking water, office maintenance and general facility requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding manpower deployment,
attendance and workplace discipline.
- Support labour management, employee grievances and administrative requirements at the plant.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity or security breach.
- Ensure personal mobile phone, PPE, ID card and access-control policies are followed.
- Coordinate emergency response activities, including fire, accident, medical and evacuation situations.
- Maintain records of uniforms, security equipment, keys, access cards and administrative assets.
- Coordinate with local authorities, police, hospitals, transporters and service vendors whenever required.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports related to security, transportation, housekeeping and administration.
- Support HR in employee engagement activities, disciplinary matters and statutory inspections.
