Position Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Servicing
- Coordinate with clients regarding event requirements, proposals, quotations, and project updates.
- Maintain client databases and records.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client reports.
- Ensure timely communication and maintain qualified client relationships.

Social Media Management
- Manage company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create and schedule social media posts, stories, and promotional content.
- Respond to social media inquiries and messages.
- Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
- Assist in content creation for events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers for creative requirements.

Administrative Support
- Maintain records, documents, and project files.
- Assist with data entry, research, and reporting.
- Support the team during exhibitions,



conferences, and events.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required.

Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility
- Freshers and students pursuing or completing Graduation/Post Graduation may apply.
- Prior internship or experience in client servicing, marketing, or social media will be an added advantage.
