Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Transform concepts and scripts into visually appealing assets aligned with the brand book, guidelines, and standards.
- Partner with copywriters to develop creative ideas, campaigns, and visual narratives.
- Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and adherence to brand guidelines and compliance standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative processes alongside strategy and data/insights teams.
- Roll out campaign assets and optimize materials based on performance data.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, digital aesthetics, consumer behavior, and UX/UI best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in graphic design, text editing, and communication.
- Previous experience as a Designer or Art Director (experience in the financial or insurance sectors is a plus but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and social media platforms.
- Ability to translate abstract concepts and technical topics into explicit, human-centric, and engaging layouts.
- Attention to detail, a keen aesthetic sense, and strategic visual thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize deliverables.
- Experience with motion design, GIF creation, and animated assets.
