As an Operations Engineer III at ICON, you will contribute to our client services function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.
Core Responsibilities
- Administration and support of the enterprise Citrix environment
- Citrix server patching and lifecycle management
- Incident, problem and escalation management
- Root Cause Analysis for complex Citrix issues
- Management of Citrix-related MDP and MyDesk services
- Resolution of issues escalated from EUS and other support teams
- Performance optimisation and platform stability
- Technical documentation and operational improvements
- Participation in change implementation and maintenance activities
