Only from NON-TYRE Industry such as Cots & Aprons, Rubber Rollers, Conveyor Belts, Coated Fabrics, etc.
- Degree in Polymer Technology / Rubber Technology mandatory.
- 10+ years of experience in production, mixing & formulation.
- Hands-on experience with Banbury, Intermix, and Two-Roll mixing mills.
- Having passion for Shop Floor Activities.
- Reporting to the Managing Director of the company.
