Key Responsibilities:
- >Teach Grade I students using child-centric and activity-based learning methodologies.
- >Plan and deliver lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 guidelines.
- >Foster foundational literacy, numeracy, and holistic development.
- >Monitor student progress, maintain records, and conduct assessments.
- >Serve as the class teacher, ensuring student well-being, discipline, and safety.
- >Maintain regular communication with parents and conduct PTMs.
- >Participate in school events, training programs, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications:
- Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- CTET/TET qualified (preferred).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Prior experience in a CBSE primary school preferred.
