Nimaya is a future-ready not-for-profit co-founded in 2021 by Navya Nanda and Samyak Chakrabarty, focused on preparing young women from socio-economic barriers for a world of work being rapidly reshaped by AI and emerging technologies.
As GenAI transforms industries, workflows and hiring expectations, Nimaya works at the intersection of employability and AI readiness to ensure our Nimaya Naaris are not replaced by AI, but instead are equipped to participate and lead in this recent economy.
In partnership with institutions such as the Government of India’s Yuva AI mission, we have enabled 10,000+ Nimaya Naaris across 5 states to step into the new world of work with our flagship program - the GenAI Ready Naari.
