SignatureTech is a SaaS product company building modern cloud solutions for businesses. Our flagship HR platform, SignHR, helps organizations streamline HR operations through employee management, attendance, payroll, leave management, onboarding, and performance management.

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive who enjoys meeting clients, understanding business needs, and helping companies digitize their HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations of SignHR for HR managers, founders, and business owners.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable SignHR solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships throughout the buying process.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the implementation and customer success teams for smooth onboarding.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team.




- Represent SignatureTech at business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and propose SaaS solutions.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Positive understanding of B2B sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, HRMS, ERP, Payroll, or Software Sales.
- Experience selling to SMEs and mid-sized businesses is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes is an added advantage.
