Guardian Angel Homecare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, handle enquiries, coordinate healthcare services, and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Handle incoming enquiry calls and convert enquiries into registered clients.
- Explain home healthcare services, rates, Terms & Conditions, and other service-related information to prospective clients.
- Invite prospective clients to the office for detailed discussions and service registration.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, registered clients, and active patients using CRM/software.
- Collect payments for Initial Patient Assessment.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Operations Teams for Initial Assessments at patients' homes.
- Prepare Client Service Agreements and coordinate signatures from the Client Representative and Branch Manager.
- Handle client complaints, concerns, and service-related issues and ensure timely resolution.




- Conduct client visits when required to understand their needs and ensure quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with the care team to ensure services are delivered according to individual patient requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, retention, enquiries, conversion, and business growth.
- During Care Closure, ensure all outstanding payments are collected and coordinate with the Operations Team for necessary system updates.
- Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Front Office, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software; Zoho experience preferred.
