Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Install and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage user accounts, system updates, and data backups.
- Monitor IT security and maintain asset records.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services and purchases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and Microsoft 365.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge about Graphics card, windows or related.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
