Requirements
- 2-3 years of social media management experience
- Previous digital marketing agency experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience handling multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
- Understanding of branding, aesthetics, and content storytelling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative workplace
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads is a plus
- Strong ownership and accountability

Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for multiple brands
- Create monthly content calendars and strategies
- Plan reels, campaigns, and trending content ideas
- Coordinate with graphic designers, editors, and creators
- Write engaging captions and content hooks
- Handle client communication and approvals
- Ensure timely posting and smooth execution
- Monitor performance insights and engagement metrics
- Stay updated with Instagram trends and algorithm changes
- Contribute creative ideas for brand growth and engagement

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
