Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads for construction and architectural services.
- Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements and budgets.
- Coordinate and participate in site visits and project discussions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with design, estimation, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Submit weekly sales reports and sales forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within Bangalore's residential and commercial construction market.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 3-6 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, real estate,



architecture, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with Bangalore's residential and commercial real estate market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English is required; Hindi is an added advantage.
