About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the dealership’s overall business performance and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and customer experience targets.
- Lead and manage Sales, Service, CRM, and other dealership functions.
- Drive premium motorcycle sales and strengthen the dealership’s market presence.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Monitor sales funnel, retail performance, inventory, leads, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
- Build, motivate, and mentor the dealership management and sales teams.
- Ensure effective implementation of Harley-Davidson brand standards, processes, and customer experience.
