Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-driven Solution Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering to join our Facility Solution Engineering team. In this role, you will analyze customer RFQs and tender requirements, design optimized mechanical systems, estimate project costs, and build technical proposals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective mechanical utility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & Proposals: Evaluate customer requirements, RFQs, and tender specifications. Prepare deliverables lists, comprehensive technical proposals, and complete tender documentation.
- System Design & Calculations: Perform design calculations, thermal calculations, component sizing (HVAC, fluids, pumps, chillers, cooling towers), and pressure drop calculations.
- BOQ/BOM & Costing:



Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ), complete line-item costing, and review supplier quotes to develop cost-effective project budgets.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to gather equipment quotes, evaluate options, and participate in negotiations alongside technical suppliers.
- Client Engagement & Site Visits: Conduct site assessments to verify technical feasibility, attend pre-bid meetings, and present technical solutions to client stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal engineering, sales, and business development teams to streamline project solutions and support utility sales growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in utility engineering, system design, or facility solution engineering.
