HR Executive - Recruitment & HR Operations

Position Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.

HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Support employee engagement and communication activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Compliance & Administration
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and statutory records.
- Support compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Assist with employee confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.




- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration.
- Experience with attendance and payroll coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in startup or fast-growing environments.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
