As an Arihant Branch Manager, you will lead a highly engaged team of Branch Based colleagues, to assist clients in making right investing decisions and giving them a superior trading experience. Your role will require you to use local knowledge, networking,

Responsibilities:
Leading, coaching and developing your team as well as investing in their skills and knowledge, to inspire them to be the best they can through regular interactions

Ensuring your team exceeds their goals by setting and communicating objectives and monitoring client feedback and performance data

Responsible for franchisee development in the region.

Handling the entire sales team and ensuring that they are performing efficiently.

Servicing existing HNI /retail clients and sub brokers. Provide direction to new customers and sub-brokers by being responsive to their needs, inquiries and requests.

Generating leads through existing clients.

Handling risk management.

Handling queries/limits/risk management of online clie
