Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and manage joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives.

HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HRMS updates.
- Prepare HR letters, policies, SOPs, and employee communications.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit.

Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Support culture-building and employee wellness programs.
- Promote collaboration, ownership, and a positive work environment.

Compliance
- Support PF, ESIC, Labour Law, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain statutory records and HR documentation.




- Coordinate with consultants and authorities when required.

Reporting & Administration
- Prepare HR MIS and recruitment reports.
- Track hiring status, attendance, attrition, and HR metrics.
- Support management with HR data and reports.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Executive role.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and technical hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Knowledge of Payroll, HR Operations, Attendance, and Labour Laws.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.

Preferred Industry Experience:
Experience hiring for Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction, or Project Management rol
