Location: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi (a short walk from the Tilak Nagar metro station)

Shift timing: 10 am to 6:30 pm. (Work from the office only)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads and schedule online or in-person meetings.
- Understand clients’ hiring processes and background verification requirements.
- Present Orbit Verify employee and vendor background verification services.
- Explain the scope, process, pricing and turnaround time of different BGV checks.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial offers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
- Negotiate commercials and coordinate agreements and client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and follow-ups in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams during onboarding.




- Develop long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and revenue targets.
- Submit daily activity and weekly sales-performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in enterprise, B2B or corporate sales.
- Experience in Employee Background Verification and Vendor Verification
- Freshers with excellent communication and B2B sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust presentation, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, corporate meetings and target-based sales.
- Basic understanding of background verification processes will be an advantage.
