Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective US clients through outbound calls.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.
- Explain company services and generate interest.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain follow-up with prospects and update lead status.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling outbound calls.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under targets.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
