What You’ll Be Part Of

The Head of Marketing, India will lead the marketing strategy for HARMAN’s
consumer audio portfolio, with a strong focus on JBL and Harman Kardon,



driving
both brand growth and business performance. The role is responsible for building
impactful brand and trade marketing programs that strengthen market presence,
accelerate revenue growth, and enhance long-term brand equity. This leader will
drive integrated campaigns, product launches, and omnichannel marketing
initiatives across retail, digital, and e-commerce platforms. Success in this
role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product,
Finance, eCommerce, and regional leadership teams, along with the ability to
lead high-performing teams and agency partners in a rapid-paced environment.
