Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated from property portals, digital ads, and walk-in data
- Explain project details, offers, and highlights to prospective clients
- Invite and schedule clients for sample house and site visits
- Follow up with clients regularly and maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Excel
- Share project brochures,
location details, and updates via WhatsApp
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visit confirmations and closures
- Achieve weekly targets for calls and qualified site visits
Requirements:
- 12th pass minimum; graduates preferred
- Fresher to 2 years of telecalling experience (real estate preferred)
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English
- Pleasant voice, confident communication, and solid follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls daily
