About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, channel partners, and networking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow-ups.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Client Relationship Management:
- Understand customer infrastructure requirements and recommend suitable cloud and hosting solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers.
- Engage with IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements.




- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling infrastructure and managed services.

Solution Selling & Proposal Management:
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to develop customized proposals and solution offerings.
- Present value-driven solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

CRM & Market Intelligence:
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer information in CRM.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.
- Represent the organization at industry events, seminars, webinars, and networking forums.
