About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Application Administrator with strong expertise in NetSuite ERP Administration, system integrations, user access management, and financial systems support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of NetSuite and related business applications. This role will work closely with finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants to support financial reporting, business processes, system upgrades, and strategic initiatives while maintaining high levels of system reliability and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP and associated business applications.
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security configurations across systems.
Perform system configuration, change management, testing, and deployment activities.
Develop, modify, and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.




Manage NetSuite upgrades, customizations, integrations, and ongoing system enhancements.
Configure, maintain, and optimize systems to support daily business operations and strategic projects.
Coordinate with technical consultants and business stakeholders to implement recent functionality and process improvements.
Design, develop, and maintain third-party integrations with NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
Support custom feature development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and application-related issues.
Collaborate with NetSuite support teams and external vendors to resolve defects and technical challenges.
Gather business requirements and recommend system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Support audit requests, compliance activities, and management reporting requirements.
