Role Description The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end brand and marketing initiatives for beer and spirits clients, including developing marketing strategies, planning campaigns, and managing budgets.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with founders and internal teams, analyzing market trends and consumer insights, and optimizing brand positioning across digital and offline channels. The role involves managing content and creative assets, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness. The Marketing Manager will also support new product launches, activation events, and partnership initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign planning, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media management, performance marketing, and content marketing.
Ability to analyze market data, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to inform decisions and optimize results.
