About the Role
The Hustler Brands is looking for driven, well-connected students to join as Campus Ambassadors. As a CA, you'll represent our brand within your college and student network, driving awareness and enrollments for our career-development workshops and programs.
Responsibilities
Promote The Hustler Brands' workshops and programs within your college and personal network
Drive student referrals and confirmed sign-ups
Represent the brand at a campus level — building visibility through word-of-mouth, groups, and social channels
Maintain regular communication with the internship team on progress and referral status
Who We're Looking For
Currently enrolled college students with an active student network
Good communication skills and comfort with outreach/promotion
Self-motivated, target-driven individuals
Stipend & Earnings
Tiered structure: hit 18 confirmed referrals in a month to unlock a flat monthly stipend
Earn additional per-referral payouts beyond the 18-referral threshold
No cap — the more active you are, the more you earn
Duration
Standard term runs a few months, renewable based on performance
