HR Business Partner will work closely with BU leadership to define and execute
people strategies that strengthen business performance, build leadership
capability, and foster a culture of engagement and inclusion.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a trusted
advisor to business leaders and leadership teams. This role will focus on




aligning people strategies with organizational priorities — driving talent
planning, leadership development, workforce capability, and employee experience
across the BU.

The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, data-driven, and collaborative, with
strong business acumen and the ability to translate organizational goals into
actionable people outcomes.
