ROLE TITLE:AI-First Digital Marketing Manager — Multi-Brand (Luxury Weddings & Venues)

Pay: ₹6,00,000.00-₹7,20,000.00 per year (performance-linked)

Role Overview

We are building an in-house Marketing & Growth Division to manage digital growth, SEO, and AI search visibility across three premium hospitality and wedding brands under our umbrella: a luxury wedding planning studio, and two premium wedding venues located in Bengaluru.

This is not a social media posting role.

You will function as the dedicated growth lead for three internal "clients" — each with distinct positioning, audiences, and goals — operating with the discipline of an agency account lead rather than a single-brand executive. The wedding planning brand is positioned as an exclusive, design-led luxury studio. The two venue brands are positioned as premium, all-in-one wedding venues. You will be expected to maintain transparent brand separation across messaging, content, and tone while running a shared growth system across all three.





Key Responsibilities

AI Search Visibility (GEO - Generative Engine Optimisation) Build and execute content strategies that improve visibility for all three brands in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and emerging AI search experiences. Create and optimise content specifically designed to be cited by AI-generated answers — FAQ architecture, comparison content, structured guides, and entity-rich pages. Develop topical authority for the wedding planning brand around luxury weddings, destination weddings, wedding decor, and wedding budgeting; for the two venue brands around venue selection, capacity planning, and Bengaluru wedding venue comparisons. Implement and maintain schema markup (FAQPage, HowTo, LocalBusiness, EventVenue, JobPosting) across all three properties.
