The Industries & Apps Trailhead team is a Trailhead-focused, cross-cloud CX team committed to building and maintaining the highest standards in Trailhead strategy and content excellence. We own the end-to-end Trailhead content development process,
from roadmap planning to badge release. Our mission is to scale a strategic approach to Trailhead content development that centers business priorities and ensures every cloud in Apps & Industries receives the necessary support for high-quality enablement content.
About the Role:
As a Trailhead Specialist, you will be a pivotal member of our team, combining expertise across content strategy, editing, and writing to deliver impactful enablement for Salesforce customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the Trailhead content lifecycle, a passion for customer success, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives across multiple clouds. You will play a key role in setting and upholding content quality standards, ensuring strategic alignment, and fostering collaboration to produce industry-leading enablement.
