Role Description This part time, remote role is for an Oracle CX Sales Cloud Consultant with experience in redwood migration. The consultant will configure, customize, and optimize Oracle CX Sales Cloud to meet client requirements, including designing and executing migration from classic to the Redwood UI. The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams, managing integrations with other Oracle and third-party systems, and overseeing testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Oracle CX Functional Consultant with experience in Service and/or Service Logistics, and Redwood. The candidate will be required to work a minimum of 6 hours per day aligned with CST timings. 6 pm - 12 am
