Job Requirements
We are currently seeking a Manager - Liaison to join our real estate organization's land acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating land acquisition deals, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities
- Negotiate and secure land acquisition deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, government officials, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful land acquisition projects
Work Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in land acquisition and real estate development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
