The Automation & Development Manager leads a multidisciplinary team of
Developers, Automation Engineers, and Business Analysts to build automation
capabilities that improve service reliability, reduce manual effort, and
accelerate incident resolution across client and company infrastructure.

This role owns the automation roadmap from discovery through delivery and value
realization. You will partner with clients, operations, platform owners, and
service delivery leaders to identify and convert operational pain points into
scalable, reusable solutions.
