Role Description The Marketing and Business Development Intern will support day-to-day initiatives that expand brand visibility and strengthen relationships across the BFSI ecosystem. This contract role involves conducting market and competitor research, assisting in lead generation activities, and helping prepare outreach materials and presentations tailored to target audiences. The intern will contribute to marketing campaigns on digital channels, support customer engagement and follow-up, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to track pipeline activities.



This is a hybrid position based in the Mumbai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The role offers hands-on exposure to startup operations and the opportunity to learn directly from senior professionals working at the intersection of BFSI and technology.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with stakeholders and support relationship-building.
Ability to perform Market Research and analyze findings to generate insights that inform business development activities.
Foundational Sales capabilities, including lead nurturing and follow-up, with an interest in consultative selling in the BFSI domain.
Understanding of Marketing Strategy and digital marketing concepts to assist in planning and executing campaigns.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
