OVERVIEW

The Digital and Technology team at General Mills India Centre is looking for a
Senior D&T; Intelligent Automation Engineer to contribute to the company’s global
digital transformation agenda through intelligent automation delivery. This role
is expected to design, develop, and operate scalable automation and AI-enabled
automation solutions. This includes leveraging deterministic and probabilistic
automation, low-code platforms, workflow technologies, and advanced agentic AI
to create measurable value across our global operation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Design, develop,



and implement end-to-end automation solutions using
ServiceNow, Power Platform, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI.

* Build and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, portals, workspaces,
CRUD apps, and CSM solutions.

* Develop and manage secure integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP,
GCP, and SQL using REST APIs.

* Provide technical leadership, resolve complex issues, and ensure platform
stability and business continuity.

* Support, troubleshoot, modernize, and rationalize existing Power Platform
solutions.

* Ensure adherence to development standards, governance, security, testing, and
quality practices.

* Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and knowledge transfer within the
automation team.

* Manage vendors, platform partners, project documentation, and delivery
processes.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable
automation solutions.
