The Role:
We're looking for highly driven Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who enjoy
solving complex problems, working closely with customers, and turning real-world




challenges into scalable solutions. This role is based in Bangalore and operates
on a night shift aligned with US and European business hours.

What You'll Do:

* Work directly with customers across the US and Europe to understand their
technical and business challenges
* Build, customise, and deploy solutions using Emergent's AI-powered platform
* Rapidly prototype and iterate on production-grade applications
* Debug complex issues across applications, integrations, APIs, and workflows
* Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to
drive customer outcomes
* Identify recurring customer problems and turn them into scalable product and
process improvements
* Own projects end-to-end, from understanding requirements to deployment and
iteration
* Work in a quick-paced environment where speed, ownership, and problem-solving
are highly valued
