KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google
and DSPs, with a explicit understanding of audience targeting, campaign
objectives, media planning and performance.
* Also, lead day-to-day social media communication for Star Plus shows across
Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms, including copy, creatives,
posts, reels and short-form content.
* Drive digital marketing and campaign planning across social, search and
programmatic platforms, working closely with internal teams and external
agencies.
* Manage always-on social media content while ensuring consistency with Star
Plus’ brand tonality, cultural context and content strategy.
* Partner with digital and media teams to drive JioHotstar growth and revenue,
with an understanding of how digital campaigns contribute to user
acquisition, engagement, consumption and monetisation.
* Track social, content and platform trends and proactively incorporate
relevant trends into the content and digital strategy.
* Provide qualitative creative feedback across visuals, captions,



hooks, edits
and overall social storytelling.
* Lead influencer and talent-driven content initiatives, including influencer
identification, briefing, execution and performance tracking.
* Work with media, digital and platform partners to maximise campaign reach,
engagement and performance.
* Monitor campaign and platform performance and use insights to optimise
content, media and digital campaigns.
* Edit, review and refine social and digital content based on platform
performance, audience behaviour and emerging trends.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* 4–5 years of experience managing social media and digital marketing mandates.
* Experience working with consumer-facing brands, entertainment brands or
digital/creative agencies.
* Strong hands-on understanding of Instagram, Facebook and short-form content
culture.
* Working knowledge of digital platforms including Meta, Google and DSPs, with
