Operations (S&O;) resets from ad-hoc executor to strategic advisor, we are
standing up two accountable pillars: RevOps & Sales Enablement, and Systems &
XFN Enablement to give the region the scalable frameworks and operating
discipline it needs for sustained double-digit growth.

We're looking for a hands-on operator who thrives on turning systems and process
chaos into trusted, self-serve foundations, someone who is as comfortable
rolling up their sleeves in Salesforce (or equivalent platforms) as they are
coaching a country manager through change. If you're energised by fixing the
