WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The Senior Principal Solution Consultant is a senior specialist within the DMS
Value Stream, responsible for shaping, building, and delivering complex,
results-driven solutions that support client outcomes and operational
excellence. This role requires demonstrated specialist expertise and typically
8+ years of relevant experience. Able to manage their own tasks and time, the
Principal Solution Consultant leads critical solution initiatives, advises
senior stakeholders, and ensures solutions are scalable, sustainable, and
aligned with strategic and operational objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
* Own Complex Solution Architecture: Lead the end-to-end build of complex
solutions, ensuring alignment with Standard Guild designs, operational
standards, and long-term maintainability.
* Act as Trusted Advisor: Provide specialized guidance to senior stakeholders
and clients on standard solution options, and delivery approaches.
* Drive effective delivery: lead solution workstreams across large or complex
initiatives while ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to delivery
frameworks.
