Key Expectations
Own end-to-end technology delivery (System Analysis, Configuration, and Quality
Assurance) for aligned benefits services or product lines.
Provide technical leadership through high-level analysis, design oversight, and quality assurance sign-offs.
Ensure smooth production deployments and stable transition of projects into operations.
Mentor, coach, and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts to build strong technical capability.
