About the Department:

The Enterprise Relationship Management team enables Franklin Templeton to
strengthen and grow strategic banking partnerships through data-driven insights
and reporting. Team members work closely with Managing Directors, senior
executives, and stakeholders across multiple regions to analyse relationship
performance, improve reporting processes, and support business decisions.
Joining the team offers exposure to senior leadership, global business partners,




and opportunities to drive reporting innovation and automation.

HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE?

Core Responsibilities:

* You will manage data related to banking partner wallet, revenue, and
relationship activity.

* You will maintain financial and qualitative scorecards.

Strategic Responsibilities:

* You will build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
