About the department

* The Enterprise Vendor Management team drives Franklin Templeton’s global
sourcing and vendor strategy. The team manages labor and non-labor suppliers
to deliver high-quality services while optimizing cost and value. Team
members partner with global stakeholders to execute strategic sourcing,
negotiations, and contract management. You will work in a collaborative,
fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to large-scale global projects and




high-value business decisions.

HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE?

You will:

* Manage sourcing across key business categories.

* Gather and clarify stakeholder requirements.

* Execute sourcing and contracting activities.

* Maintain accurate records for all engagements.

* Track requests and ensure timely updates.

* Run sourcing events and manage intake queues.

* Support supplier negotiations and contracting.

* Review and redline agreements.

* Partner with Legal to resolve contract issues.

* Manage supplier relationships and performance.

* Contribute to projects and strategic initiatives.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

* 2–5 years in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management

* Exposure to professional services and corporate categories

* Financial services experience preferred

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
