About The Department:

The Securities Operations team manages critical securities and analytics data
that supports investment decision-making, valuation accuracy, regulatory
compliance, and operational efficiency across the firm. The team works closely
with Trading, Compliance, Client Service, Technology, custodians, vendors, and
data providers to maintain high-quality security master data, corporate actions,
proxy voting, pricing, and analytics.



Working in this team offers broad exposure
to global financial markets, investment products, cross-functional stakeholders,
and continuous process improvement initiatives in a cooperative and fast-paced
environment.

HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE?

Core Responsibilities:

* You will maintain security master and reference data across platforms.

* You will follow established valuation policies, procedures, and controls.

* You will process securities pricing, analytics, and corporate actions data.

* You will investigate exceptions and escalate issues appropriately.

* You will govern proxy voting activities and related workflows.

* You will manage voluntary corporate action communications and processing.

* You will maintain securities analytics data using approved standards.
