The New Business Services (NBS) Onboarding team leads the successful launch of
recent Franklin Templeton funds and institutional accounts worldwide. The team
works closely with Product Development, sales, operations, legal, compliance,
and client-facing teams to coordinate launches and deliver seamless onboarding
experiences. Joining this team offers exposure to global stakeholders, strategic
