As a Procurement Director, you will provide strategic legal guidance and support
across various industries, focusing on corporate matters such as mergers and
acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. Within our Internal Firm
Services practice, you will leverage your skills in corporate law to navigate
complex legal frameworks and minimize risks for internal stakeholders and
clients.
As a Director,
you will set the strategic direction and inspire others to
follow, driving business growth and shaping the direction of client engagements.
