Job Description:

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cisco Presales Engineer to support
our partners and sales teams in designing, positioning, and delivering
Cisco-based solutions. The role involves deep technical expertise, solution
architecture, and close collaboration with sales, partners, and Cisco teams to
drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose
appropriate Cisco solutions

* Provide presales technical support including solution design, BoM creation,
and proposal documentation

* Deliver technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to
partners and customers

* Support partner enablement through training sessions and workshops on Cisco
technologies

* Engage with Cisco account teams for deal registrations, pricing, and solution
validation

* Assist in RFP/RFI responses and ensure timely submission with accurate
technical details





* Stay updated on Cisco product portfolio, including networking, security,
collaboration, and data center solutions

* Work with internal teams for order configuration, licensing, and solution
compliance

* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Key Skills & Competencies

* Solid knowledge of Cisco technologies (Routing & Switching, Security,
Wireless, Collaboration, Data Center)

* Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and networking concepts

* Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills

* Ability to design scalable and cost-effective solutions

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Certifications

* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

* Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

* Cisco Specialist certifications (Security / Collaboration / Data Center –
