The Project Director / Team Leader will provide strategic and technical
leadership for multi-disciplinary urban climate and infrastructure programmes at
the state and city levels. The role requires overseeing programme
implementation, managing diverse technical teams, ensuring high-quality
deliverables, engaging with senior government stakeholders, and providing
overall direction for project execution. The Project Director will serve as the
primary point of contact for clients and funding agencies while ensuring that
project objectives are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance
with agreed quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications:
Essential: Master's in Urban Planning/Civil/Environmental Engineering/Public
Policy/Management.
Preferred: PhD or MBA/Public Administration.
Skilled Experience:
15+ years leading multidisciplinary urban/climate programmes with government and
MDB experience.
